Hot Sauce from Hell- a robust, flavorful habanero sauce, comes on with a blunt attack and leaves a lasting burn. Doesn't stray too far from the pepper, vinegar, garlic formila but at the top of the ingredient list, the habanero is clearly the standout. The claims of being the "World's Hottest Hot Sauce" are severely exaggerated. It is hot but there a plenty out there that are hotter.

Finished Wallet
Finished and delivered this past weekend, the last picture is of the wallet loaded. It a big SOB and holds a ton of cash and cards. Next up he's having me do a rifle sling, a stock wrap to hold shells and a guitar strap for his brother. Thanks buddy, I'll get up with you soon about the next projects.

Hot Sauce of the Week
Hula Girl Chipotle Habanero-man, it's been a great month in the sauce department. This offering, made in Hawaii, is no exception. There are five ingredients listed and three of them are peppers. The blend and balance between the three is great with a flavor that comes on strong but fades fast. Great stuff.

Kustom Jeff
Killer company, Valerie is great and super quick with communication and extremely helpful all throughout the process. This company is a breeze to work with and the end result...well I'll just say the quality exceeded my expectations and I was a little sad to see it go. Check them out here.
I'd been trying to get my hands on some of Jeff's schwag for months and Saturday he delivered like the mail man (I have no idea why the photo is upside down, damn blogger). We hit some back roads to lunch and tore downtown and hung at the Haint's Dojo for the remainder of the afternoon. We split off later so he could grab the new Cycle Source that he has some credited photos (though you've undoubtedly seen his work elsewhere). In case you've been under a rock since the moto-blog explosion, check him out here.

Hot Sauce of the Week
Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce-one of the best Louisiana hot sauces I've had. Comes on strong with cayenne and jalapeno. I've seen onion listed in a lot of sauces, in this one it is really a standout. Full of zest, temperature and flavor...a new favorite.

Hot Sauce of the Week
North of the Border-ripe jalapenos equal excellent taste. Mix that with a few other solid ingredients and you've got a great sauce. The ripeness really shines in this one, it's killer.
