Hot Sauce of the Week

Dat'l Do-it Old Laredo Jalapeno Hot Sauce-damn the name is long, like Bryan Adams 90's song title long. There isn't much to this one: vinegar, jalapeno, salt and garlic. That said, it is a pretty good sauce with a surprising kick. The vinegar gives it a very strong tang which was a little much for my taste but not so much that it was not enjoyable. You could definitely do worse. 0 calories/tsp.
