Hot Sauce of the Week

Dat'l Do-it Datil Fire-this one claims to feature the Datil pepper which must be Dat'l Do-it's proprietary pepper. In this sauce it is mixed in with red and orange habaneros so it is hard to tell exactly what the pepper is all about. This is a vinegary sauce with a typical flavor profile but the heat is above average and it has a few interesting ingredients that contribute to an overall good flavor. In a somewhat ominous note, after the ingredients in bold is the phrase "Contains:fish." Do with that information what you will. 0calories/1tsp
