Dat'l Do-It Desert Heat Chipotle-I was pretty surprised at the consistency of this sauce. It was thinner than some other chipotle sauces I have tried. The namesake pepper is also down on the list after two varieties of habaneros, which was a little surprise as I was not expecting it to be so hot. The overall flavor was good, award winning says the label. When I used it the flavor seemed to disappear so I had to use A LOT of it notice it. All in all a good sauce, just wish the flavor was stronger.
