Hot Sauce of the Week

Sriracha-this one is a monster. Chiles, vinegar and garlic...how could you go wrong? Lots of flavor here and just the right amount of spice. Great on its own with a variety of foods, also known for enhancing other condiments. Sriracha Mayo? Awesome. Sriracha Ketchup? Excellent. Everyone should keep a bottle of this in their kitchen.
