Hot Sauce of the Week

Andy's Farm Market All Natural Fire Roasted Habanero Hot Sauce-despite the crazy long name, this is a really good sauce. Habanero heat and flavor come on quickly but not too strong and then the taste slides into a little cayenne spiciness. I like the basic profile even without the heat, at times I got hints of a little bbq flavor coming through. Good stuff.
