Mother's Mountain Fire Eater-ok, let me go ahead and say that this sauce is not for everyone. As you can see from the bottle, it is mustard colored and that is the overpowering taste that comes out of this sauce. If you like mustard and "spicy" brown mustard isn't enough for you, then this is the stuff you are looking for. With red pepper, garlic, soy sauce, and onion in the mix there is no shortage of flavor. It gives a different type of burn than Chinese mustard but the flavor base is similar enough that if you wanted to sub this in, the taste effect is the same. I sampled this one on all kinds of foods over the week, my favorite being plain old dogs. If you like spicy and you like mustard on a hot dog...well this is a match made in heaven.
