Hot Sauce of the Week

Rasta Bahama Hot Pepper Tonic- A little thicker than most sauces, this is another one you know is quality as you can see chunks of the ingredients. Good heat and a slightly sweet flavor that isn't overpowering, I really liked it. The only ingredients I could find on their website were peppers, cane vinegar and Bahamian sea salt. Whatever is in it, it works.

On a side note, I have the best friends. This one was a gift from Christy and Davis which they brought back from their honeymoon. Thanks to them and to everyone else who has sent a sauce my way. I appreciate it more than I can say.
