Hot Sauce of the Week

Alabama Sunshine The Original-much like their XXX Black Label, this one is a good mix of sweet and hot. Alone it seemed like it was pretty stout but once i put it on something the heat was lost and all I got was the sweet. When really concentrated, it did poke through but other than that it was just kind of lost. Maybe I needed to add more but drowning something shouldn't be a requirement to notice a condiment. That said, I'll still likely finish the bottle before the week is out.

Got some more spicy schwag from my Mom for Christmas, an assortment of coastal state sauces. Excellent.
