Hot Sauce of the Week

Blair's Sudden Death with Ginseng-I am not a big fan of most of Blair's stuff. Extract sauces always have a coppery taste, overwhelming heat and little flavor. This one was no exception. That said, I decided maybe as it was meant to be mixed with other food, I should try it that way, I added it to some bbq sauce and poured it over some pulled pork. It added heat for sure but flavor...not so much. If I were going to recommend a Blair's sauce it would be this one.
